Koyla Restaurant WLL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operation Manager to join our team.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.
Experience in staff supervision, customer service, and operational planning.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and restaurant best practices.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
Prepare operational reports and maintain restaurant performance standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with management to achieve business and sales targets.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
